Low Season Rates
Rates are for the whole 538 sq.ft. Suite, not per person!
Low season, per night (2 nights minimum stay for 1 or 2 guests, 3 nights minimum stay for more than 2 guests):
50% deposit required (minimum deposit charge: 1 night stay) - Balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment required for bookings made 30 days or less prior to arrival. lease read our Policy page for details.
( * ) 1 or 2 guests rate, guests share the same bed (Queen
size). Should the 2 guests want to use two beds (1 Queen size
and 1 Double), there is an additional charge of CAD$45.00
per night.
No breakfast option:
This discounted rate is provided for guests who don't have time for a
formal breakfast or are planning to have breakfast somewhere
else. This no breakfast option must be indicated at
booking time! Not available once the booking is already
made.
We also offer a 'Vancouver B and B' special "turnkey" weekly
rate (7 nights or more):
50% deposit of weekly rate
required - Balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment required for bookings made 30 days or less prior to arrival. Please read our
